Samantha's Garden Veggie Frittata


Frittata's are a simple way to get in a lot of good nutrient dense foods. Personally, i like egg dishes any time of day. This is a spin i made on the Frittata takes 30-40 minutes, start to finish!


Ingredients: (all of the highest quality, Grass Fed, Raw, Free Range, and/or organic)


1 Dozen Eggs

2 Zucchini

2 Crookneck(Yellow) Squash

1/2 Cup Asparagus Ends

1/4 Cup Broccoli stem

1 Lemon

1/4 Red Onion

Handful Cherry Tomatoes

Ghee

Butter

Water

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Thyme

Garlic
